Unable to connect Empty Unable to connect

this is the first time I have ever had such a problem, I am running SA-MP .3C and cannot connect to this server, it's always saying "Connecting to server" then it failed an retries over and over. :/

You have to download SAMP 0.3d R5 in order to join
